# Recommend a good back up software?

I currently use norton ghost, but in order to view the files ghosted it seems you need norton ghost on that computer. If there is another way around that I dont know it. But are there anyother good utilities out there I can use to schedule backups of certain folders and in that back up it will only back up files that are new?
