# Recording user name and id number

I have a quiz that, on completion, I need the user to be able to enter their name and user id (already generated externally) which is then passed to either a database or an email is sent to a pre-determined address to log that they have completed the quiz.

I’m guessing that when the above has been done, the playhead could move to a frame that gives them a confirmation and closing message.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to achieve this?

BTW: .asp is the server side in use
