hi may be this is the wrong place to post this …but sorry i thought it would be right.

i basically want to set up a radio site . was planning to go for red 5 . there seems to be little help regarding this. can anyone help me in doing this. basically i need the audio to be playable in such a way that once the user connects to the audio he / she can listen only what is permissible by their gmt.

I you can give me any other suggestion on how to do this. i will welcome it.
