I’m not sure you can define Red Dwarf as being of a specific genre, it’s setting is outer space, but it’s definitely NOT Star Trek. It’s more like Blakes 7 meets Monty Python’s Flying Circus. 🙂 ---

It’s English humour at it’s best, truly it is. Red Dwarf is an absolute classic. It’s not Star Trek by any stretch of the imagination. 🙂 This is about four blokes in space. One’s dead. One’s a robot. And one’s a cat. There’s also the ship’s computer, Holly… An no aliens. It’s just… Perfect 🙂 ---
