# Refering to mcs \<\< simple question

what are the correct ways of refering to an mc instance, i know that there is parent, this, but i don’t know when to use them, could someone possibly point me in the direction of a tutorial,

I am wanting to refer to a mc within an mc, how would i go about doing this?
