# Refresh changes SWF content?

After you go to this page, refresh, and there will be a navigation bar at the bottom. On the original load it isn’t there! I’ve cleared my cache multiple and tried different comps. (refresh with F5)

I’m just SO confused, anyone have any ideas as to what could be happening?
