# Reload xml file via AS3?

Can someone point me in the right direction toward a tutorial to reload an xml file. I want to reload/refresh my xml file every 15 minutes, I created a function that basically repasses the variables and URL request and call it on a timer but I get a blank screen?! Thanks in advance. P
