# Remote Shutdown

I have two computers that are connected by a crossover.  
I want to create a link on the desktop of one that will shutdown the other.  
They both have static ip addresses.  
Is there any way i can do this? 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉
