# Remove an addEventListener

Hi everyone,  
I know how to remove an addEventListener from a movie clip, but is there anyway to detect the existing of an addEventListener before I remove it?

On the other hand, how to add an addEventListener to a movie clip if it doesn’t have one? :sigh:
