# Remove IE default header and footer

Is there anyway to remove the header and footer in IE found in page setup.  
i.e. &w&bPage &p of &P

Im trying to print pages without those headers/footers without having the user change the settings manually. I want to remove them promatically in my html/php/javascript code.

I have picked up a couple of examples on the net using VBscript/ActiveX but would hate to use that giving the security settings required.

PLEASE HELP…
