# Repositioning/aligning movie after re-sizing stage?

I would like to resize my stage area, then re-position my movie to align with the new stage size. How can I do that?

I have a flash header with a menu system at the bottom of the flash header. On all the pages beyond my index page I would like to only use the menu system at the bottom of my header movie.

any suggestions would be great
