# Resized swf popup windows

Hi All

i was just wondering if anyone knew how to or knew a good tutorial for creating a constrained (size) pop up swf window in flash.

What im trying to basically do is when the user clicks a button it launches an externally created swf file in a seperate window that is sized at 250x200pixles. All the swf file would contain is a picture and some text. Also is to make this a self contained pop up script so that you would not have to add extra javascript into a html file?
