Help Kirupaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

I have an urgent project to do and will really appreciate your help.

How do you tell Flash to retreive images from a folder and display it randomly using a fade in/out effect?

I need to do a web banner for a website that displays ramdom images that are updated from a folder.

Thanks a gazillion!
