## I havent been here in awhile cause im kinda moving away from the design scene for a moment, but I may be coming back, and today someone imed me this… [23:12] nouveau flux: hi [23:12] ElRazin: yo, whatsup? [23:13] ElRazin: of these\* [23:14] ElRazin: nope sorry, if its going to be finished, its gonna be finished by me [23:14] nouveau flux: wrong, ill decompile it if I have to, but if you dont finish it soon, im going to modify to my own original copy [23:15] ElRazin: thats where a copywrite comes into play, and im saying this so you can see it, ill take action against it, im that dedicated to my work [23:16] nouveau flux: i know, but copyright what? ill modify it too look different enough, and besides, it not ocmplete, so it will be easy to say not enough is copied [23:16] ElRazin: umm, how would you take it, its a graphic, you wont be able to modify a graphic that much without someone noticing [23:16] ElRazin: theres no script or anything yet in it [23:17] nouveau flux: easily, its called photoshop [23:17] ElRazin: theres no way you can modify it enough, and since you just told me you would, without me noticing [23:17] ElRazin: look, its not as big of a deal that your copying my work, is it as your not going to learn by copying [23:18] nouveau flux: and the graphic is a certain size, color, and shape, if i modifiy its size, color, and add a little here and there, its no longer yours, it becomes “inspired”,. but in my case my copy will finish before the so called “original” yours [23:18] ElRazin: if you want to get good, sure copy my style, thats how i learned, by looking at other peoples styles and stuff [23:18] ElRazin: just you dont publish it or anything [23:18] nouveau flux: im not trying to learn [23:18] nouveau flux: i want it done [23:18] ElRazin: and then from what youve learned [23:18] ElRazin: wow [23:19] ElRazin: no you need to learn about copyrighting, it will take a looot more then size color and a little here and there [23:19] ElRazin: and even if it does finish, it dosent matter, whats up now is a finished prototype, and thus you stole the prototype, and enough people have seen it to know youve stolen it [23:19] nouveau flux: sure, so tell me, if i copied it just as it is, and added a different color, filtered it with a monograin, there is no proof i didnt just stumble along and make something ismiliar [23:20] ElRazin: ? with alll the exact same detail [23:20] ElRazin: and anyways, your telling me all of this, your telling me your going to steal my work right here [23:20] nouveau flux: the “detail” is digitally “damaged” by a filter. [23:21] nouveau flux: and AIM convo is NOT proof. [23:22] ElRazin: i can promise you, i will take legal action if you take my work, and thats where im leaving this conversation, and plus do you even have the source of capsule3/ the swf?
