# Rotate and Scale

Hello again,

Can someone please point me in the right direction where I can rotate an object (movie clip) with controls?

What I mean is that I would like a user to click a movie clip that is on the stage, handles appear in the corners and they can press and hold the handles with the mouse and rotate/scale the movie clip.
