Hi…
well i have following Problem.
I have a kind of infinite menu, but not vertical nor horizontal but like an arc.
that would all be easy, but the problem is, that i haven’t a full circle of menu items, so the center, and so the rotation point is not at the coordinates I want to have.
Is there a posibility to place the rotation point to a fix coordinate like in the free transform tool??

Would be nice if someone coud help me.

Thx in advance.

Detty

I don’t know if this is the total solution, but perhaps look into a motion tween along a path. The path being the arc or half circle you refer to.

Not sure if I’ll be able to help, but if you post your FLA file, I’ll try and take a look at it.

Search the forum (using the white search button) for
“rotation point” there are a few threads that will answer your question.
