# RSS & dynamic text

Hello,

I have a site where the client has been able to update his news section via a simple bit of xml and a ‘.txt’ file.

He now wants to incorporate an RSS feed into his site. Is there a simple way of using the information from the text file to update the RSS, or am I getting this completely wrong?
