I work for a news site as a graphic designer and I have also been making quite a few of their flash ads but they have been pretty simple until now.

They have asked me If I could make a banner that reads the site’s own RSS feeds.

Now I have been searching around Kirupa and I found a guy who had problems reading some RSS because the site he was pulling them from had some security issues.

Is that a common problem? I don’t wan’t to provide hackers a bacdoor to my company’s server due to badly coded flash rss banners.

I was hoping I could find some easy guides or even tools. So far I have only found this [http://www.topshareware.com/RSS-Feed-Creator-download-53222.htm](http://www.topshareware.com/RSS-Feed-Creator-download-53222.htm) but there are no reviews so I’m not sure if it’ll provide what I need.

Any help on the subject will be greatly appreciated!
