# Rubber stamp effect in AI

Hi,

I am looking to recreate a rubber stamp look, as seen in the following image. i want to be able to do this from scratch, preferably in illustrator. i tried using the “stamp” effect, but it didn’t look anything like this.

does anyone have advice on how to get this faded, uneven look?

how can i create the rounded rectangle (the rounded rectangle tool doesn’t produce symmetric rounded corners for anything other than a square, as far as I could tell).

Does anyone have advice on an appropriate font (I’m not sure what the font below is)?
