# scale9 not functioning properly

Hi everyone, issue:

I have 2 (vector roundtangle) movieclips on the stage both with scale9 enabled. When I tween them, scale9 only applies to one clip and not the other. I’m using mcTween but this shouldn’t make a difference.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?:wasted:
