Hi all, i’m making my own mini showreel and i want to capture the navigation of a cd-rom I made…

Exactly what i want to do is start my cd-rom, navigate it, and while I navigate it, capture and avi or somethig like this…

Anyone can help me? Can’t find a good free screen capture utility…
