# Screen chunking help?!?

Random seemed most appropriate for this… :c)

I just got my computer back from the shop and it now has a new video card and motherboard (just in case it mattered) and now  
when I scroll in ANY program the screen pauses and then slides in ‘chunks’ instead of smootly…

Does anyone know what has happened and how to fix it?
