I need to make something like this:

Some animation playing, when it reaches to a certain frame a “timer” is activated, meanwhile the animation goes playing something else. When the timer reaches 0 or a predefined number, the animation goes playing another thing.

How do I do that?

Check the getTimer function. You can also look at some recent posts about that subject.
