# Scroll bar stops working on 1 line of text

[font=Arial][color=black][font=Arial]Scroll bar stops working in the certain point (always only one from 3, and it happens in the same spot/line) I have more text to scroll down but it does not work. It happens only when viewing site first time/refreshed. [/font][/color][color=black][font=Verdana][/font][/color]
