Hi,
i wanted to make an effect similar to this one: [http://www.descubrewindowslive.com/latam/index.html](http://www.descubrewindowslive.com/latam/index.html)

When you press the button it scrolls it down and when you roll over it a balloon appears.

~Thanx~
