# Scroll Ease

How do you make a scroll bar that eases with movement?  
How do you do it with just text.  
How do you do it with an object.

for example:

I KNOW THAT THERE ARE SOME POST ON THIS!

But i find it hard to follow. and i need something really really basic and one that will work for a object.
