# Scroll with easing

just a quickie:

look at e.g. [http://www.keldesigned.com/](http://www.keldesigned.com/)

when the site loads, the section in the middle contains a scrollbar that scrolls the text with easing.  
However, the scrollbar itself appears to be the scrollbar component from Flash itself.  
Is this something that is maybe readily available in MX 2004?  
Or should this be scripted manually?
