# Scrollbar problem when loaded in external swf

Im using a scrollbar component which uses 2 external AS files.  
Everything works just fine when i load the movie no errors nothing…  
but when i open the page from the index which loads the swf  
And opens it, the scrollbar does appear and i can scroll using the arrow buttons or dragging the bar. but my mouse wheel does not work… which is weird since  
when i open the swf or open up the loader swf it does work but as soon as i open the index page and load the page it doesn’t work anymore…  
i have no idea what the problem could be, does anyone know a solution?

ive tried copying the 2, AS files to where the index is but that didn’t work either.
