# Scrollbar problems

Hi  
Im using CS3 and the UIScrollBar component attached to a dynamic text field…  
when i export to a swf it works fine… and when i load that swf into another swf again its fine. but when i load it through an html page it always appears disabled… anyone got any ideas??
