# Scrollbar troubles

I did the tutorial “scrolling textbox 2” at [actionscript.org](http://actionscript.org) and I can’t get the scrollbar to scroll the text. The scrollbar resizes and the up and down buttons work but that is it. I was wondering if it is because I am using Flash MX 2004. I’ve uploaded the file please help.
