# Scrolling dynamic text in external swf

Because I am very new to flash, I don’t even know if what I’m about to ask is even possible, but I’m gonna give it a whirl anyways.  
I want to load an external swf into my main swf. I have no problem accomplishing that. Here’s my problem. The external swf that I am loading in contains a dynamic text field that scrolls through text that is being loaded from an external text file. When I load in the external swf, the text from the textfile will not appear. It works fine when I run the swf file seperatlely but I am needing to load it into another swf file and this is where I am having my problem.  
If anyone knows a solution to this problem, that would be great :cool: …if this is even possible.
