ok, i don’t know where to begin…

i have a dynamic text field on the stage…depending on the charcter count (how full the textfield is) i want to sometimes add a dynamic scroll bar…or even resize the text field…but i still need a scroll bar sometimes!

i’ve tried the UIScrollBar and unless i did it wrong (which is possible) its not working.

really i’d like to add a custom scroll bar but if i can’t get the built in one to work…then i’m not even attempting that. is there a certain class i could look at to dynamically add a scrollbar?

someone please point me in the right direction.
