Hello All,

I am currently trying to develop a scrolling menu like the one on [http://www.hersheys.com/home.asp](http://www.hersheys.com/home.asp) I dont understand how they get the menu to continue scrolling with hesitation. Can anyone hel me, i would greatly appreciate it.
