i’m new to actionscript, but have been able to teach myself any thing the client ever needed… until now. client wants a searchable bibliography.

Searchable by author or study type or conference etc…

in my initial research i’ve found that XML and XPath is the best way to approach this.

question to the Kirupa Forum:
how the heck do you do this!?
am i barking up the right tree (XPath)?
can you point me to any tutorials that will help me from the ground up?

thanks!
