Not sure where to post this question…

Reading about search engine submission/optimization. In my site the majority of the content lives in text files that are then loaded into dynamic text boxes. Sooo, do the spiders read this content?

Thanks!

Well, most of the time, when you search say Google for a specific topic, it’ll return a lot of forum threads, and that certainly isn’t html. So probably yes, considering that when the engine requests a dynamic page, whether it be php or asp etc… it is returned strictly html to read, just like your browser at home. Sorry if I ramble, I’m tired.
