Black Hat SEO is never a good idea. Not only are the ethics questionable it will come back to bite you. You may experience gains in the short term but inevitably Google will update their algorithm and you’ll be severely punished, your website will drop from the first page to the third or fourth or more. It’s best to just stick with what Google recommends because in the end it’s their game your playing. You’ll be better off in the long run.

Black Hat is when your too cheap to pay for the ads and you cant offer anything of significant value or interest.

Black hat is the part of SEO you don’t want to use. It’s not only forbidden by Google but also you can do it wrong and it might bring you more bad than good. In my opinion if you want to try the black hat you have to master the white one. And then decide.

Black hat SEO refers to a set of practices that are used to increases a site or page’s rank in search engines through means that violate the search engines’ terms of service. Recently, it’s used more commonly to describe computer hackers, virus creators, and those who perform unethical actions with computers.
