# Searching a program

Hello Forum,  
Some time ago I have seen on some site a picture, and colored small stars merging out from a point in the picture. I downloaded the picture and it is a .swf one, it plays in the flash player.  
A friend of mine told me there is a program which makes such effects but he could not remember name of the program.  
I want to use such effects for my personal albums and I will be thankfull to you members if you could help me with the name of the program or a link to it.  
If it will be necessary, and if it is possible, then I will add the picture as needed.  
(It is quit a small one).

PS. Where or how do I look for any answers?
