My business is looking for a Flash developer. Needs to be pretty pro at ActionScript.

The project is a one-time deal: We need a really good, bug-free, database-driven audio player.

A future project might be available for a good video player if you do well on this first one.

We have a fairly competitive amount of money set aside to pay for top quality.
