hi kirupians, im about to finish a site im working on, since i have very little design knowledge and skill \>\_\< any suggestions and critics on things like the header, color scheme, fonts , the menu will be greatly appreciated

note: so far it has only been tested on IE, the testing server may be a bit slow at times
