So simple, yet i can’t see how to assemble and need some help kick start this project…

Webpage with :
-\> A list showing “jquery-vertical-scroller”(speed button)(Filter Button)(Order-able)(fetching from DBtable).
-\> From that main list each “items” offer 5 options (add to Favorite)(add to New List)(Drag Left) (Drag Left)(hide from List)
-\> Each “NEW LIST” would pop up next to the main list pushing existing lists aside(creating a side scroll view)
-\> Each “New list” should also have the capability to send/print/send2facbook/create poll from the custom lists, etc.

So basically from filtering the mane list/DB you can change the listing that scroll seamlessly and from that “main” listing you can create new listing and drag/send “items” from one list to the others. Using these newly created list the user can then send them print them or even poll them on facebook.

I wonder if i should start with a website or simple do a program? and if so what would be the best approach?
