# Selling "stock" Flash?

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts/experience in selling stock Flash on sites like [flashden.net](http://flashden.net) or [bigstockflash.com](http://bigstockflash.com)?

More just curious if people think sites like these are any good for earning a little pocket money. Having looked through [flashden.net](http://flashden.net) it seems it’s very much a buyers market with authors only getting a measly 40% of the sale price which is decided by the site administrators and not you the author. Nothing for sale seems to cost more than $40 including fully XML driven flash sites.

Now while 40% of $40 is only $16 if you were to sell an item 500 times that’s 8K in the bank. Some _could_ argue that’s a decent profit. I’m a little hesitant about the whole thing but would love know what others think.
