# sendAndLoad and textformat

Hi all,

I’m a designer trying to do a little scripting, so lease forgive me if my code is sloppy. I’m trying to send an email, something like this:

function sendform(){  
if (validate()) {  
my\_lv = new LoadVars ();  
my\_lv.subjecttxt = contactcopy.subjecttxt;  
my\_lv.nametxt = contactcopy.nametxt;  
my\_lv.emailtxt = contactcopy.emailtxt;  
my\_lv.companytxt = contactcopy.companytxt;  
my\_lv.countrytxt = contactcopy.countrytxt;  
my\_lv.phonetxt = contactcopy.phonetxt;  
my\_lv.messagetxt = contactcopy.messagetxt;  
my\_lv.sendAndLoad (“[http://www.blabla.com/testing.php](http://www.blabla.com/testing.php)”, result\_lv, “GET”);  
}  
}

For some reason, the text formatting from the input text fields (which I’ve done without code) got sent as well, together with the variables. Is there any way that I can strip off the text formatting when using sendAndLoad?
