We are looking to add new talent to our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with a serious understanding of object oriented flash programming, UI architecture and usability design, who is interested in joining a technically creative team. Our typical projects are cutting edge, exciting applications that require teams of 2-5 developers for 3-6 months at a time.

_Requirements are as follows:_

Expert knowledge of Flash 8 and AS 2.0 (Any AS 3.0 experience is a huge plus).  
Proficient in object oriented programming.  
Experience architecting large flash projects.  
PLUS if you have worked with flash remoting, MTASC.  
PLUS for Java, CVS, SVN, eclipse, database experience.
