u r rite about taste good question, it was just a wild guess, so they think only ppl who are aware of those tastes, i mean these things are not famous in india atleast and many indians(not talking bout NRI’s) wil fail to answer that perticular question and no indian wil ever score a good 18 and so on wich i bet they are capable of… but then again… it was bbc.co.uk if i m not mistaken so yea as thor said brits have an upperhand

I’ve heard of (and enjoyed) pineapple and teriyaki sause - that’s kinda close to soy, right? Teri-chx sandwiches are huge where I live. Anyhow, it caught me off gaurd when I read that question, but you can use process of elimination:
