# Server-Side Programming for Turn-Based RPG

Hello I am Chris Ford and I am in the US Navy. I have a slight problem writing web pages becasue my laptop that has all of my software is unable to be connected to our LAN without consequences. So what I am asking is some resources on how to start a Turn-Based RPG and/or my own forums like the many have today.

I have created a CSS for them and have got a skeleton of a members page and a home page and a few others, but cannot figure out how to do PHP documents without the software. I am wondering if I need software to write PHP and compile if I already have dreamweaver and vista.

My Goals:

1. Use Dreamweaver to create dynamic webpages via Dreamweaver.
2. Use the knowledge of dynamic web page creation to enable me to create the turn-based RPG and/or forums of my own.
