# Set keyframe at specific timecode?

Hi

I am creating very simple swfs which include an audio file and some text.  
Is there a simple way to create a keyframe at the end of the audio file - say at 289.4 seconds for instance? i can do it by creating a keyframe and dragging it - but its kind of awkward.
