# Set MC to highest level after swapDepth

I have to movie clips that drag and i am using the swapDepth code on. The problem is i want to have another movie clip above them. When i click on either of the drag mc’s they both appear above the non-drag mc.

Is there some code that can make a movie clip stay at the highest level after a swapDepth function?
