# Setting a picture to background

I wanted to know if Flash 8 can use a url of a picture and then set that picture as someone’s desktop background using a function similar to this:

On First Frame:

```auto
 import flash.net.FileReference;
var fileRef:FileReference = new FileReference();

```

On button:

```auto
 on(release) {
_root.fileRef.download("url");
}

```

or any other way.
