on this site [http://www.fantasyinterfaces.com/fi-corporate/index.html](http://www.fantasyinterfaces.com/fi-corporate/index.html) ,on everybox there is some kind of shadows behind it

1. How do you make that in photoshop?
2. How do you import that to flash without making it blurry?
