# Shape tween button

Basic question - i know that you cant shape tween a graphic symbol. but im applying a shape tween to a button (square) and i want the tween to apply to the text on the button. is there any other way of doing this without doing a manual tween on the square and the text i.e. contain the square and the text in a graphic symbol?

total silly question, but its been a while…:cantlook:
